Rachel Ryan decided to build a career in Real Estate after experiencing buying and selling as a client herself. “The right real estate purchases have allowed me to realize some of my life goals – it’s an investment in your own happiness and future. Either you’re buying a house which you intend to turn into your home; or you’re buying an investment, which you intend to use to support your financial aspirations.” She realized that nothing can replace a dedicated and loyal expert by your side and so Rachel has dedicated herself to supporting others through their real estate journey by finding great homes in great neighbourhoods.

Rachel has lived in many great GTA neighbourhoods, fostering her love of the city. Living in areas like Mount Pleasant, South Parkdale, Bloor West, Roncey and Babypoint – plus a few investments in spots like the Danforth and the Beaches, Rachel has a broad knowledge base of both the practical and the fun when it comes to the “nooks and crannies” of the GTA.

With a desire to give back, one of her more recent volunteer activities is as a board member to OneSpark – a charity for women experiencing violence, helping them to create simple business plans that outline how they might generate income through self-employment and find safety through financial independence.

During leisure time you can find Rachel baking, reading in her garden or hiking through the woods, dog and children in tow.
