Nick Pavlov is an experienced knowledgeable realtor who is an expert in Toronto Real Estate. Nick has been buying homes since 1988.
He had previously pursued a career in Law having worked for several boutique law firms in the City and was the editor of Hospital Law. He has appeared on HGTV and GLOBAL, and he has been interviewed by the National Post and the Canadian Real Estate Investor. He is licensed with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Real Estate Council of Ontario. He was a member of the Diversity Task Force at the Toronto Real Estate Board. He also completed ADR training (Alternative Dispute Resolution) with Stitt Feld Handy Group with a focus on negotiating. Nick also successfully completed two municipal election campaigns. He is a strong advocate for real estate ownership, and he is committed to inspiring architecture and development.
Nick attended Runnymede Public School and Humberside Collegiate Institute. During his tenure at Humberside Collegiate Institute, he was the Student Council President, and graduated with a Certificate of Bilingualism from the French Immersion program. He has lived and built homes in various areas including Roncesvalles, High Park, Bloor West Village, and the Kingsway. Nick looks forward to meeting you.
